What is NIC MAP Vision?
Medtelligent is proud to partner with NIC MAP Vision—the leading provider of senior housing data and analytics and provider of an ongoing actual rates data initiative for operators. The initiative enables operators to contribute data of the actual rates residents are paying, versus asking rates, and in turn, allows them to benchmark their rates relative to the other properties in their respective market. Higher visibility of actual rates data helps the sector attract capital, lower costs of that capital, and grow NOI for all stakeholders.
Data reported through the Initiative includes:
- In place rates, move in rates, and asking rates
- Leasing activity, as measured by move in/move out velocities
- National aggregate and metro level aggregate data
